insurance companies does Golden State Paint & Body work with?
Golden State Paint & Body has direct repair relationships with many
major insurance companies and will work with any insurance company
regardless of direct repair program involvement
 My
insurance company said Golden State Paint & Body is not on their
list and they will not guarantee the work if I go to Golden State.
What do I do?
All repairs at Golden State Paint & Body are guaranteed for the
lifetime of the vehicle as long as you own it regardless of who pays
for the repairs. We’ve been in business since 1987 and have always
stood behind our work.
Will
I have to pay extra if I go to Golden State Paint & Body instead of
my insurance company’s preferred shop?
Although the “preferred shop” rates may be less than Golden State
Paint & Body’s rates, you will NOT have to pay extra. We will work
with the insurance company to get your vehicle restored to pre-loss
condition and negotiate any estimate differences.
How do I get a rental car?
We have rental cars on site. When you schedule repairs or need to
drop off a non- drivable vehicle we will assist you in getting the
rental. If you don’t have rental coverage on your insurance policy
we can assist you in getting the cheapest rates available or
sometimes offer a loaner.
Do
you offer a towing service?
Yes. We have a 24 hour towing service. Most shops will tell you they
offer the service, but our trucks are Golden State Paint & Body
owned and operated. Simply call us from the scene of the accident or
tell the officer you want Golden State Paint & Body and we will take
care of you.
Where
do I pay my deductible?
Your deductible is paid to the repair facility when you pick up your
vehicle. If you need repairs but don’t have your deductible, please
talk to one of our estimators. We will be happy to discuss your
options with you.
Do
you charge for estimates?
There is no charge for estimates.
Can
I get a ride home when I drop off my car for repairs?
Yes. We have shuttle vehicles specifically for that reason.
Additionally, we can pick you up and bring you to the shop when the
repairs are complete. Just ask.
Can
I look at the shop and see some work in progress before I decide to
have my car repaired there?
Absolutely. We take great pride in the cleanliness, organization and
equipment in our shops. All work is of the highest quality and
nothing is hidden. Feel free to stop in and check it out.
